When our day turns sour and nothing seems to be going right—instead of sinking into discouragement, we need to turn to our Bibles and read Philippians 4:6 -7 (NKJV), “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Sometimes we forget that God is only a prayer away, and He wants us to trust Him completely, instead of worrying about what to do! Why spend even a moment of time pacing the floor, frantically trying to figure out what to do when God already has the answer to our problems? He knows the end from the beginning and what is best for us. We can relax with complete confidence that He has everything under control! It’s rather foolish to keep searching for solutions when the greatest Problem Solver ever—is only a prayer away! With Jesus—we have nothing to fear!
