Many Christians have a desire for spiritual power, but are clueless as how to obtain it. Yet, it is available to everyone. It’s really not a big mystery that requires a special treasure map! The secret to receiving spiritual power comes down to just two things: surrendering your will to God’s will and time spent alone with God! The Bible is filled with stories of people who were given incredible amounts of spiritual power to glorify God—stories of deliverance from a fiery furnace, surviving a night in the lions’ den, courage to save a nation, escape from certain death, and on and on! It’s important to read your Bible and refresh your memory so you’ll be reminded once again of just how powerful God is. When you fully surrender your heart to your Lord and Savior, He fills you up with unlimited power to work for Him, and your heart will long for alone time with Him! You won’t be watching your clock to see if you have fulfilled your self-imposed, obligatory prayer time, but instead, will lose track of time because you don’t want to leave His presence—that special quiet time when it’s just you and God!
